Ethan's Hope: "One day, no cancer"

Bringing light where there is none via cancer immunotherapy.

The problem

Most tumors are immunologically cold.

~70%

of patients do not respond to checkpoint inhibitors

~18%

of solid tumors are immunologically cold — excluded from all ICI benefit

~52%

of deaths from low-survival cancers occur within 1 year of diagnosis

$42.6–47.9B

global market value of the solution in 2026

Our approach

LNP-siRNA target PP2A for immunotherapy resistant cancers.

PP2A-targeted siRNA-LNP. UCSF-validated science, strong IP position, built on exceptional brain tumor center infrastructure. Experienced founding team with research and clinical expertise.

Indication

Brain Cancer, Ovarian Cancer, Prostate Cancer, and Immunological Cold Tumors.

Having established proof of concept in pediatric brain cancer, glioblastoma, and ovarian cancer, our next step is expanding into prostate cancer and other immunologically cold, treatment-resistant cancers.

Why we do this

A patient story from Dr. Winson Ho’s practice

A 12-year-old Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma patient, asked if his tumor could be used for research that would not benefit him but could help other children, answered without hesitation:

“Yes, please! Please take more!”
